Reflecting Tradition - Cotto d'Este presents its new series of rustic floor tiles reminiscent of the traditional craftsmanship of fine terrocatta. The chromatic effect resembles the typical natural hues created by open flame firing and, like terracotta, it continues throughout the full thickness of the tile body instead of merely decorating the surface. The glazes provide the perfect finish for the rich colours of the natural clays, enhancing appearance and making the tiles completely stain proof.

Teragres matches the beauty and the quality of the best porcelained stoneware: compact, not absorbent, stain resistant, easy to clean, scratch and wear resistant, absolutely frost-proof and acid resistant.

Teragres accurately reproduces all the details typical of the beautiful hand-made tiles, and does not need any maintenance after the laying.

The tiles are composed of a mixture of different colour clays: ivory white, straw yellow and sienna ochre for the Ocra version. Amber red, carrot orange and peach pink for Ambra.

Full body tiles in the light pinky shade inspired by the colours of the beautiful Provencal terracotta. The tile surface, like all the other natural solutions, is dull and satin, and the stains can be cleaned with water or any other household cleaner.
